Solutions Of Common Problem For POS Printer(2)

1. Thermal Portable Label Printer Manufacturer can’t print complete data and printing deviation.

  Please add feed command(0A 0D). When printer print deviate left, please adjust driver printing pitch.

2. Wi-Fi Setting Tool

Set to AP Mode

“No setting” can be choosed for the options which don’t need to be set.

1. Choose the current port. Then choose <AP> for wifi mode and click the button of “Set Wi-Fi Mode”

2. TCP connection. “Protocol Type” to be <TCP SERVER> (MUST choose “TCP SERVER”); Set “Port”: such as <9100>

3. Set “Name” under AP mode: such as <SPRT>

4. Encryption type: When choosing<OPEN> for encryption type, no password is need; when choosing <WPA2PSK>, password is need. The length of password needs to be over or equal to 8bits.

5. Network parameters: choose <Set> : “IP address” to be <192.168.1.1>; “Subnet Mask” to be <255.255.255.0>

6. Click “Set” button

Now AP mode setting is finished. Now start to print. Firstly, the terminal needs to be connected with AP. The connection steps are as below,

1. Turn on the POS Printer Supplies

2. The host device search for WIFI

3. If there are several “WIFI”, choose SPRT printer.  

4. Input password “12345678”

5. Finish connection.

Set to STA Mode(POS Thermal Receipt Printers)

1. Choose the current port. Then choose <STA> for wifi mode and click the button of “Set Wi-Fi Mode”

2. TCP connection. “Protocol Type” to be <TCP SERVER> (MUST choose “TCP SERVER”); Set “Port”: such as <9100>

3. Click button “Scanf AP (need 10s)”. About ten seconds later, there will be much information showed in the left list. Choose the router you need to connect and input password.
